Counseling & Art Therapy Center of Chicago is in-network with the following insurance:

We also accept clients using out-of-network benefits and self-pay.

If you would like to use your out of network benefits, you can pay the full session fee at the time of service. At your request, we can give you the necessary documents which you can submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement form your insurance provider.

Our rate for self-pay is $150 per individual therapy session. We accept payment in the form of debit card, credit card, and HSA/FSA card.
