We are offering telehealth appointments using phone or video calls for therapy appointments at this time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are not offering in-person therapy appointments at this time. We plan to resume in-person sessions in the future when it’s safe to do so but we do not know yet when that will be. Please note that we are only able to offer telehealth therapy if you are located in Illinois. If you’re interested in therapy and would like to schedule an appointment via telephone of video call, please reach out by email of use the scheduling link to see available appointments.

Counseling & Art Therapy Center of Chicago is a mental health counseling & art therapy private practice in downtown Chicago. We provide mental health counseling and art therapy services for people in the Chicagoland area. We provide individual therapy for children, adolescents/teens, and adults.

Therapists at Counseling & Art Therapy Center of Chicago use mindfulness, art therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and acceptance & commitment therapy approaches. We specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, life changes/transitions, low self-esteem, identity-related stress, and stress related to school, work, relationships, family, and expected changes.

We value quality, person-centered mental health services. We provide culturally competent and trauma-informed care. Our practice welcomes people from all walks of life, background, race/ethnicity, religion/spiritual beliefs, shape/size, gender identity, affectional/sexual orientation, disability, and age. We offer a non-judgemental space for people to feel seen, heard, valued, and respected.
